Rule Based Alert Definitions

Warning rules can be defined according to events occurring within the system. For example; automatic warnings are generated for situations such as devices approaching calibration period, unapproved process steps or deviation entries.

Features

  •  Critical Incident Identification
  •  Rule Parameters
  •  Assigning Alert Type
  •  Activation Time

Critical Event Definition
Situations that will cause a warning (for example: out-of-process value, pending approval, delayed transaction) are defined. The system automatically activates the relevant warning by monitoring the specified events.

Rule Parameters
Determine the threshold values and frequency at which alerts will be triggered. For example, parameters such as duration, level, and number of repetitions are entered.

Alert Type Assignment
For each defined rule, in-system, visual or audible alert types can be assigned. In this way, users are informed in the most appropriate way for the situation.

Activation Time
You can define when the alert will be activated. For example, if a process is not completed within a certain time, the alert will be triggered automatically.

Real Time Notification Delivery

Instant notifications are displayed on the system according to the defined rules and are transmitted to the relevant users simultaneously. Operators, managers and quality teams are instantly informed of these alerts.

Features

  •  Instant Alert Panel
  •  Officer Notifications
  •  Notification Sort
  •  Closure and Feedback

Instant Alert Panel
Alerts regarding system events are displayed instantly on user screens. Quick access to critical information facilitates taking precautions.

Employee Notifications
Relevant users are sent e-mail, SMS or mobile notifications in accordance with their roles and responsibilities. In this way, each user only has access to the information that concerns them.

Notification Sorting
Notifications are sorted according to their importance. Urgent situations are given priority, allowing quick action to be taken.

Closure and Feedback
When a user intervenes in a notification, it is recorded in the system. When the process is completed, an explanation is entered if necessary, making the process auditable.

Warning History

Alert History and Monitoring

The history of all alerts and notifications generated in the system is recorded. When each notification was generated, who viewed it, and what actions were taken can be tracked retrospectively. This makes auditing processes easier and user actions can be tracked transparently.

Features

  •  Warning Logging
  •  Viewing History
  •  Filtered Search
  •  Reporting Link

Alert Logging
Each alert is recorded in the system with date, user and content information. These logs are the main data source for retrospective analysis and audits.

Viewing History
The system tracks who viewed which notification, when, and when they took action. This tracking contributes to the evaluation of timing and responsibilities in process management.

Filtered Search
Alerts can be filtered by date, user, topic or status. This feature makes it easy for users to quickly find the records they are looking for.

Reporting Link
Warning history can be integrated into audit and performance reports. Actions taken are analyzed through reports, contributing to process improvements.

Alarm Processes

Alarm Mechanism for Critical Processes

Stronger alarm systems are activated in critical processes (e.g. temperature deviation, production stoppage, device failure). These alarms are usually communicated to managers to ensure rapid action. The system is designed for uninterrupted process management and immediate intervention.

Features

  •  Alarm Scenarios
  •  Audio/Visual Warning
  •  Instant Escalation
  •  Alarm Feedback

Alarm Scenarios
Special alarm scenarios are created for critical event types. Threshold values are determined for each scenario and alarms are triggered only in serious situations. Important situations are prioritized while unnecessary alarms are prevented.

Audio/Visual Alert
In high priority events, the system generates visual (color alerts, icons) and audible alarms. This way, users' attention is quickly drawn to the critical point.

Instant Escalation
If no intervention is made within the specified time, the system automatically sends notifications to higher-level authorities. This structure ensures that emergencies are quickly conveyed to upper management.

Alarm Feedback
After each alarm intervention, explanation and closure are mandatory. Actions taken are recorded and traceability is ensured. A reference is created for similar future events.

Notification Management

Notification Management and User Settings

Users can determine which topics and channels they want to receive notifications on. This way, they only receive alerts about the information they are interested in and avoid unnecessary notifications. Notification preferences are adapted to personal needs, improving the user experience.

Features

  •  Channel Selection
  •  Notification Frequency
  •  Subscription Management
  •  Personalization

Channel Selection
Users can choose to receive notifications via email, SMS, mobile application or in-system notifications. For example; SMS can be preferred for emergencies and email for routine notifications.

Notification Frequency
The user is given the opportunity to choose the notification frequency by offering instant, daily summary or weekly report options. This reduces the notification density and provides a more effective information flow.

Subscription Management
Users can subscribe to topics they are interested in or unsubscribe from topics they do not want. For example, personal preferences can be made for areas such as production stoppages, quality reports or maintenance notifications.

Personalization
Users can set the color, tone and priority levels of notifications. Color coding and sorting can be done according to importance. This feature provides a more controlled and user-friendly interface.
